All bids must be sealed envelopes and marked Tender for pre-qualification/ frame work contracts/ revenue collection and made in 3 copies (Original & two copies) and addressed to the Chief Administrative Officer, Pader Attention to Head of Procurement Unit, P.O.Box 1, Pader Method of Procurement shall be governed by PPDA Act, 2003 and Regulation 2006. Bids must be submitted to PDU accompanied with bids security for open bidding as stipulated above in form of bank draft not later than 17th September, 2018 by 10:00am.There after the bid opening shall begin in the presence of the bidders or their agents who wish to attend.
