New Onduparaka FC coach Asaph Mwebaze says he is still in the learning process with the West Nile based side.
Mwebaze was speaking during a press conference in Kampala as his side prepares to take on KCCA in the Pilsner Super 8 final this Saturday at Muteesa II Stadium, Wankulukuku
"I have been working with the team for close to a week, but there is not so much that I can do right now. You have to study the team and also work with the coaches that have been there. What you see is a continuation of what the previous coach has been doing,"stated Mwebaze.
However, Mwebaze's counterpart Mike Mutebi was confident that fans will watch an entertaining final.
"Expect a good match since both teams play attacking football. But we need to be efficient since we create a lot of chances. Everyone has the responsibility to score so that we ease that from the forwards, "noted Mutebi.
The Pilsner Super 8 is inaugural pre-season tournament played by top six teams from last season topflight league and two clubs that were promoted directly from FUFA Big League to Uganda Premier League.
The tournament is sponsored by Uganda Breweries Limited (UBL) who injected sh90m under their brand Pilsner.
