Sheik Zziwa urges help for poor people

The Kabowa mosque Imam, Sheik Ahumadah Zziwa has called upon wealthy people from different communities to always come out to help those who are in need.

Zziwa made the appeal, while receiving supplies as books, foods and clothes donated to widows and orphans at the mosque by America youth.

"I have been to Africa a few times and I have seen alot of needy and desparate people, so I decided to give the little that I could," one of the Americans Haosi said.

Zziwa urged other young people to emulate Haosi saying it was important to help the weak and vulnerable especially during celebrations such as Eid-el-fitri.

He said there was need to constantly help the needy to make Uganda a better place for everyone.
