Vipers SC has signed Henry Katongole from SC Villa

The central defender signed a two year. Katongole who was a big pillar in SC Villa's defense last season has been brought it to bolster the team's defence ahead of CAF Champions League next season.

He joins a big pool of new players that have moved to the Kitende based side. They include Abraham Ndugwa (Masavu), Rahmat Ssenfuka (Police), Bashir Sekagya and Joseph Janjali (UPDF), Ibrahim Kiyemba (SC Villa), Fred Okot (URA), Livingston Mulondo (Kirinya-Jinja SS) and Dickens Okwir (Amuka Bright Stars).

Vipers have also brought in Mexican coach Javier Martinez and Moses Oloya as their new goalkeeping coach.

Martinez signed a two year deal after replacing Miguel Da Costa who was sacked few weeks ago.
