Bid notice from Higher Education Students' Financing Board

The Higher Education Students' Financing Board (HESFB) was established by an Act of Parliament No 2, of 2014 as a body corporate mandated to provide Loans and Scholarships to Ugandan Students pursuing Higher Education.

1. The Higher Education Students' Financing Board has received funds from the Government of Uganda and intends to apply part of these proceeds towards the cost of Pre-qualifi cation of service providers for works, services and supplies for the Financial Years 2018/2019, 2019/2020 & 2020/2021 and Framework contracts.

2. Higher Education Students' Financing Board now invites suitably qualified bidders to submit bid documents for pre-qualification of works, services and supplies for the Financial Years 2018/2019, 2019/2020 & 2020/2021 and Framework Contracts as indicated below:
