The South African leader is in Uganda on a two-day private visit

President Yoweri Museveni and the First Lady Janet Museveni on Friday afternoon received President Cyril Ramaphosa of South Africa along with his wife, Dr. Tshepo Ramaphosa, at State House in Entebbe.

The South African leader is in Uganda on a two-day private visit.

Museveni and Ramaphosa discussed issues related to the socio-economic and political affairs affecting the two countries and Africa at large.

 

During their meeting, Museveni said there was nothing more crucial than having a heart for Africa, adding: "I salute the former leader of Tanzania, Julius Kambarage Nyerere as the greatest African leader and for his support to the ANC struggle towards for freedom in South Africa."
