The Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development through the Third Financial Management and Accountability Programme (FINMAP III) has allocated funds to be used for constructi on of an offi ce block to house the Offi ces of the Auditor General in Arua Municipality.

The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above works.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domesti c bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further informati on and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below in No. 8(a) from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written applicati on to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 200,000 (Uganda Shillings Two Hundred Thousand only) or its equivalent in a freely converti ble currency using exchange rates published by Bank of Uganda on the date of purchase of the documents. The method of payment shall be by cash /EFT. Bidders who request for documents to be sent by courier will pay additi onal costs for courier services accordingly. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
