Moroto Regional referral Hospital is in the Process of acquiring providers on frame work contract for various supplies and services for FY 2018/19 to 2020/21, that will be called upon from time to time to quote or bid for provision of supplies and services.

Moroto Regional referral hospital now invites suitably qualified bidders to submit sealed applications for the various supplies and services as indicated below;

Pre-qualification submissions will be evaluated in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda's Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act; 2003. Prequalification is open to all eligible bidders.

Interested and eligible bidders may obtain further information from Moroto Regional Referral Hospital and Inspect the pre-qualification documents in the Procurement and Disposal Unit from 8:30am to 5:00pm during working days.

Pre-qualification documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to address below and upon payment of nonrefundable fee of UGX 100,000 (One hundred Thousand Shillings Only) for each item, payable to MOROTO REG. REF. HOSP. GENERAL FUND Account Number 9030005692201 Stanbic Bank, Moroto Branch. A copy of the Bank slip should be presented to the Hospital Cashier for receipting and the document collected immediately from the Procurement and disposal Unit on presentation of the receipt.
