The Rural Electrifi cation Agency has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of the consultancy services described below.

The Entity now invites eligible consultants to submit sealed expressions of interest for provision of Consultancy Services for Branding, Marketing, Promotion and Publicity Drive for Rural Electrification Agency under Framework Contract for a period of two (02) years.

Interested consultants should provide information demonstrating that they are eligible and possess the required qualifi cations to perform the services supported with relevant documentation.

The short listing criteria will include:
• Cover letter to the application stating the full name of the applicant as indicated in the Certificate of Incorporation or equivalent. The applicant shall clearly in the cover letter indicate all parties forming the applicant & the kind of association where applicable. The Certificate of Incorporation or equivalent for all parties forming the applicant shall be submitted together with the application;
• Copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association. These shall be submitted for all parties forming the applicant;
• The applicant shall demonstrate ability to mobilise at least one of the following key staff to be used at the implementation stage.
