UCU Lady Cardinals chances of playing in the playoffs suffered a major blow after they lost 1-0 to Kampala Queens at Villa Park.
UCU who are currently third in the Elizabeth Group are hoping that Uganda Martyrs beats Kampala Queens this Friday and they defeat Isra Soccer Academy to progress to the playoffs.

Olila who already qualified for the playoffs, top the group with 27 points, two more than second placed Kampala Queens.
UCU and Uganda Martyrs come third and fourth with 23 and 22 points respectively. Annet Nakimbugwe was on target as Kampala Queens beat UCU 1-0.
Elsewhere, Gafford Ladies need to beat Victoria Group leaders Kawempe Muslim to make it to the playoffs. Gafford over the weekend beat Muteesa 1 Royal University 2-0 to brighten their chances of reaching the playoffs.
Kawempe Muslim beat UCU Lady Cardinals 4-1 last season to win the league title for the third consecutive time.
