Notice from Ministry of Trade

The Ministry of Trade, Industry and Co-operatives has received fi nancing from the World Bank toward the cost of the great Lakes Trade Facilitation Project (GLTFP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

The consulting services ("the Services") include undertake functional review of border agencies to assess the existing organizational functional and skills gaps, recommend improvement including change management. The assignment will be executed over a period of 4 months.

The Ministry of Trade, Industry and co-operatives now invites eligible consulting fi rms ("Consultants") to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.
