Notice from Ministry of Energy

The Government of the Republic of Uganda through the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development (MEMD) is looking for an individual consultant to develop guidelines for sustainable land use planning and training in sustainable land use management practices in the Districts of Kiboga, Nakaseke, Kiryandongo and Mubende.

1. The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development now invites eligible individual consultant to express their interest in partnering with Government to carry - out the above mandates.
2. The eligible consultants should submit sealed expressions of interest. Specifi cally, the objectives of the assignment will be to;
3. • Promote land use planning as a practice at the district level
4. • Facilitate capacity building process for land use planning at the districts and sub-county levels
5. • Demonstrate the application of land use principles and tools among identifi ed project benefi ciaries
