UGANDA - Boxing team, The Bombers, have started a two-week's non-residential training at Lugogo, Kampala ahead of the forthcoming Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast, Australia.

"We are going to concentrate more on speed work and movements," said Patrick Lihanda, the head coach.

By mid-day, 18 out of the 21 boxers invited had started training. After a fortnight, there will be selection fights to determine those going to Gold Coast.
