The move also gives Bisaso room to beef up his squad ahead of the second round of the Azam Uganda Premier League that kicks off in February.

Cash strapped Express have had a terrible first round of the season, finishing second from bottom with 11 points, one above bottom side UPDF.

They picked up only three victories in the 15 games they played, drew two and lost 10.

Sources at the club claim that they expect to recruit more forwards to curb the scoring crisis. Dan Sserunkuma has been Express’ best player with six goals out of the eight goals the entire team scored in the first round of the league.
