SC Villa continued with their perfect start in the season as they registered there tenth win in their last 11 matches. The Jogoos came from a goal down to beat Proline 2-1 at Masaka Recreation Ground.

Musa Mukasa's own goal gave Proline a  lead before Yaya Mahad Kakooza and  Martin Kizza put SC Villa ahead. Despite the defeat, Proline's David Owri was named the Forte Bet man of the match and he also walked away with a cash prize of sh100,000.

This initiative was introduced by the league organisers; Uganda Premier League in conjunction with betting firm Forte Bet to improve on the competition among teams.

The Victory left SC Villa top with 31 points, five above second placed KCCA.

At StarTimes Stadium, Forte  Bet man of the match Patrick Kaddu scored a double as KCCA defeated Kirinya Jinja SS 2-1.

At Wankulukuku, Express continued to struggle when they went down 2-1 to Vipers. Milton Karisa, Erisa Ssekisambu were on target for Vipers, while Dan Sserunkuma scored a consolation for Express. Vipers' midfielder Brian Nkuubi was voted the Forte Bet man of the match
