Pine Car murder file goes missing

The High Court has been informed that Pine Car Bond proprietor, Muhammad Ssebuufu and former Kampala Central police station boss ASP Aaron Baguma's murder file has gone missing. 

State prosecutor Fatuma Nakafeero informed trial judge Flavia Anglin Ssenoga about the development after she called for a hearing yesterday. 

Nakafeero said she could not continue with the case without the file. She asked the  judge to adjourn the matter so they can trace for the file. 

Justice Ssenoga adjourned the case to next year - January 10.

Baguma and Ssebuufu and his body guards are charged with the kidnap, murder and robbery of businesswoman, Donah Betty Katusabe, in October 2015 over an accumulated sh9m debt after she purchased a car from Pine Car Bond in Bugolobi, Kampala.
