Masereka urged the youth to use the conference to build their spiritual strength.

He added that it is a good virtue for the youth to know, love and serve God in their early years so as to have a prosperous life.

"Love your neighbors and that is the only way you can exhibit God's love. Avoid being misled by the world and resort to God's service," said Masereka.

Josephat Ainomuhangi, one of the youth attending the conference said that he would like to use the conference to pray for God's mercy on the youth of this world amidst the existing challenges.

"Everything that happens nowadays targets the youth. We therefore call upon the Holy Spirit to intervene in our lives," said Ainomuhangi.

The conference which started on Tuesday will end on Sunday and President Museveni is expected to close it.
