Bid notice from UWESO

1. UWESO is in the process of carrying out procurement for construction of the new UWESO building on plot 100 Spring Road Bugolobi, Kampala. (PHASE 1 SUBSTRUCTURE WORKS

2. UWESO invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above works.

3. Bidding is open to all bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below in no. 8(a) from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm only during working days.

5.(a) The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by Interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below in no.8

(b) and upon payment of un refundable fee of UGX 500,000 (Uganda shillings Five hundred thousand shillings only) or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency using exchange rates published by Bank of Uganda on the date of purchase of the documents. The method of payment shall be by cash/EFT. Bidders who request for documents to be sent by courier will pay additional costs for courier services accordingly.
