Man cheats death in sunken car

A man who was driving his car during the Tuesday morning heavy down pour along Entebbe- Kampala Road escaped death when his car was swept by floods.

He was rescued by Entebbe Police after calling for help for some minutes.  

Elsewhere, floods affected business in and around Kampala.
