BUL missing four players through injury for Bright Stars trip

BUL is currently in thirteenth position with 9 points from 8 matches

Following the scoreless home draw with Onduparaka, BUL FC coach Kefa Kisala has called upon his players to adopt a physical approach if they are to cope with the Mwerere playing surface for the visit to Bright Stars.

But they will have to do without the services of four key players in right back Umaru Mukobe (ankle injury), striker Lawrence Ndugga (knee injury), winger Brian Kakaire (hamstring) and goalkeeper Hannington Ssebwalunyo (illness).

"We were a bit unfortunate to dominate against Onduparaka minus bagging three points despite creating so many chances. The state of the Mwererwe playing surface is in its worst state as it does not favour a passing team but we just have to use a physical approach if we want to get these three points against a very physical Bright Stars team that seems to use the nature of its to its advantage against opponents" said Kisala.

That said, forwards Patrick Asiku, Mike Ndera and Hamis Tibita will have to be sharp to end BUL's lengthy losing streak at the ground.

BUL is currently in thirteenth position with 9 points from 8 matches.
