Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the short listing documents at the address given below, between 9am to 5pm daily from Monday to Friday apart from public holidays.

The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 100,000/= (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand only).

The method of payment will be through obtaining Bank payment advise forms from the cashier on 5th Floor Embassy House, Ministry of Education and Sports and pay at the designated Bank with effect from 19th October 2017.

On presentation of proof of payment, bidding documents may be collected from Procurement and Disposal Unit (PDU), Uganda Petroleum Institute Kigumba with Effect from 19th October 2017.
