PEAS' mission is to ‘expand access to sustainably delivered, quality secondary education across Africa'. We currently operate a network of 30 schools across Uganda and Zambia educating over 15,000 marginalized students, and we are one of the fastest growing, not-for-profi t school networks in Africa.

PEAS schools deliver a better-quality education to more disadvantaged students at a lower cost than equivalent public and private schools. Now that PEAS has a well-established network of schools, PEAS is looking to position itself as a sector lead and to have an impact beyond its own school network.

This may be through identifying opportunities to support other school operators and/or through contributing to wider education policy discussion.

PEAS is looking for a Strategic Partnership Manager to work closely with the PEAS-Ugandan Country Director and PEAS' global Technical Team to design and deliver this exciting new area of work in Uganda.
