Replacement of FUFA delegates underway

The process to fill different positions is still going on country wide

The FUFA electoral committee has kicked off a process of conducting by-elections to replace vacant positions of delegates who were voted to the FUFA executive committee.

More than four delegates have been replaced within Kampala and North Eastern regions.

Early this week, Kampala region conducted elections under the guidance of committee vice chairman Yusuf Awuye which saw Willis Muwanguzi replace FUFA president Moses Magogo in Rubaga division.

Former Police FC coach Angelo Lonyesi replaced Hamid Juma in Nakawa while Peter Nkugwa replaced for Darius Mugoye as the a delegate for 3rd division clubs (regional clubs) in Kampala region.

In North East region, electoral committee officer James Okodi was in charge as Simon Peter Longoli and John Odongo were voted to replace Agnes Mugena and Richard Ochom respectively.

Both Mugena and Ochom are also delegates on the FUFA executive. The process to fill different positions is still going on country wide.
