According to Kabaale A chairperson, Robert Mukasa, some of the suspect's clothes were found with bloodlike stains.

However, none of the security officers was in position to explain how they landed on Mathew Sebulime.

Most of his neighbours described him as a weird person who did not socialize with other people, and none of them knew the type of work he was doing.

Sebulime used to stay with a wife only identified as Aminah, who is currently pregnant and has been frying cassava along the road at Abaita Ababiri.
