My husband's boss is destroying our marriage

My husband has a boss that does not give him space to spend quality time with him.

Although my husband is entitled to a weekend off, he works seven days a week. He sometimes carries work home or he's called back to office in the middle of the night.

As result, he started to ignore me and give me less attention as he always comes back tired.

When we intend to go outing and he informs the boss about it in advance, that's when he gives him a lot of work which made me suspect that that man is targeting our marriage.

When I talked to my husband about it, he said he had noticed it and was equally tired of the job but had nothing to do as we need the money.

I also learnt that his boss has failed to settle with any woman, could he be jealousy of our relationship?

What should I do? I love my husband and we need the money.
