Kibaale District Local Government has received funds from the Central Government and local revenue and intends to use part of the funds for the provision of the following Works and Services.

Works:

1. Construction of two Classrooms Offi ce and Store with Lightning conductor at Kigaaza Grammar P/S in Bwamiramira S/C

2. Construction of a general Ward at Kibaale Health Centre IV in Kibaale Town Council

3. Construction of a Science Block at St. Kirigwaijo S.S in Kibaale Town Council

4. Drilling, casting, pump testing and installation of 12 deep boreholes in Kibaale District

Services:

1. Provision of Legal Services to Kibaale District Local Government for the FY 2017-18. Note that complete specifi cations and other details are in the bidding document.

a) Kibaale District Local Government now invites sealed bids for the provision of the Works and Services mentioned above.

b) Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Open Domestic Bidding procedure contained in the Government of Uganda's Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 the LG (PPDA) Regulations 2006 and the LG (PPDA) Guidelines 2008.
