Hosts Uganda are on a winning streak at the East Africa Police Chief's' Cooperation Organization (EAPCCO) games that started on Friday at Uganda Christian University, Mukono.

Uganda has fielded teams in seven sports disciplines at the inaugural event that ends Tuesday.

In netball yesterday, Kenya, Rwanda, Burundi, Sudan, South Sudan and Tanzania failed to present teams to challenge their host.

Meanwhile, Team Uganda qualified for the boxing semifinals after beating South Sudan. Ivan Magumba defeated South Sudan's Jalaba Okumu 3-0 to qualify for today's semifinal.

During the Sunday games, Uganda's women taekwondo team beat their Kenyan opponents 3-1 to scoop a silver medal while the men's side sealed the contest with gold after thumbing Kenya 3-0.
