CKI pool ladies team is targeting an unbeaten run in the national women senior league this season.

Vicky Namuyanja, a senior player with the team disclosed this to New Vision in an interview following her team's 9-3 win over MAGA on Saturday at Lumax Arena to end the first round unbeaten.

The win helped CKI ladies to stay on top of the national women league table with 38 points,five ahead of second placed Hot pool but with agame in hand.

CKI has won 12 games and drawn two giving them an edge over their rivals Hot Pool who have won 11 matches and  lost 2 out of the 13 games.

Indigo(30),Samona (29) and Sinkers (25) are in the third, fourth and fifth positions respectively as the first round of the league comes to a close this week.

Meanwhile, in the men's category C-Night and Hot pool are tied at 33 points while CKI, RONZ and Samona are at 28 points each in the top five positions.
