Notice from Ministry of Water

The Ministry of Water & Environment has received funds from Government of the Republic of Uganda and intends to use part of the fund for Individual Consultancy Services to Carryout Performance Monitoring and Evaluation of Water Utilities by the Regulation Department.

The overall objective of the consultancy is to conduct a review and analysis of the performance of water utilities under different management models in relation to evidence-based case analysis in different water supply areas.

The scope of work will cover synthesis of performance data, establishment of performance measurement systems aimed at improving the current regulation mechanisms and establishing a benchmark for future regulation of water supply and sewerage services.
