John Snow, Inc. (JSI) in Uganda is implementing the USAID's Maternal and Child Survival Program (MCSP) and the Stronger Systems for Routine Immunization (SS4RI) projects funded by USAID and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (the foundation) respectively. Both projects are being implemented through mid-2019.

MCSP and SS4RI work in partnership with the Uganda government to increase the capabilities of the health system, particularly at district level, to provide timely, high-quality immunization services to protect eligible children and women from vaccine- preventable diseases. The MCSP also provides Technical Assistance for Child Health to Regional USAID partners.
