President Yoweri Museveni has said that issues such as high grid power lines, improved accessible road networks and ministerial policy matters should not constitute delays in the development of serious investors' projects in the country.

The President was speaking during a meeting with a Chinese investor, Zhang Hao at State House, Entebbe on Thursday.

Zhang Hao is the managing director of the Zhang Group, which is already involved in the processing and packaging of fruit juice, mango wine, manufacture of tiles, electronics and is currently setting the process of building steel structures at Kapeeka in Nakaseke district.

The project expected to be commissioned in two months' time.

Museveni encouraged the Zhang Hao Group to also consider gas production when the gas pipeline extends from Hoima to the Kapeeka factory site by 2020.
