The Uganda National Roads Authority has allocated funds to be used for the Supply Delivery, Training and Commissioning of Road Equipment.

2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply, Delivery, Training and Commissioning of Road Equipment for the under listed Lots.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open International Bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and are open to all bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below in No. 8(a) from 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. during working days from Mondays to Fridays.

5. The Bidding Document in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below in No. 8(b) and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of UGX 100,000 (Uganda Shillings, One hundred Thousand Only) for each Lot.

6. The method of payment will be cash to the UNRA Cashier on 1st fl oor, Block C. It is upon the presentation of the original receipt and the application letter that the bidder will be issued the bidding documents.
