REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR PROVISION OF CHANGE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF AN E-GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT SYSTEM FOR THE GOVERNMENT OF UGANDA (REVISED)

The Government of Uganda, represented by the National Information Technology Authority of Uganda (NITA-U), has received funding from the World Bank for the Implementation of an e-Government Procurement System under the Regional Communication Infrastructure Program (RCIP) Uganda and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

The consulting services ("the Services") include the development and implementation of a Strategy that will guide change management activities for the e-Government Procurement system (eGP) for Government of Uganda.

Implementation of the eGP is expected to cover 10 government institutions in the pilot phase and to be undertaken over a period of two years.

NITA-U now invites eligible consulting firms ("Consultants") to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have managerial and organizational capacity as well as the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.
