CONFLICT
KAMPALA - Traders operating from Nabukera and Qualicel arcades have been caught up in a Buganda bus terminal ownership row.
Qualicel Bus terminal shopping center and Nabukeera plaza along Nabugabo Road in downtown Kampala have been closed by the landlords, Drake Lubega and Mansur Matovu, following a land dispute between Lubega and Charles Muhangi.
Kampala District Police Commander Siraje Bakaleke (pictured) has asked traders to remain calm as engagements with the warring parties are under way.
