The Ministry of Water & Environment has allocated funds for the procurement of consultancy services to design, install, test and commission a robust revenue collection and billing system for the Ministry of Water and Environment in the regional umbrella organisations of water and sanitation.

The main objective of the assignment is to design, develop, install, confi gure, test and commission a robust revenue collection and billing system for the Ministry within the given timelines.

The successful consultant will produce a more scalable revenue collections and billing solution that addresses the limitations and workarounds of the system currently in place.

The new system should be simple, fl exible and web based with integrated solutions for new connections, meter reading, billing, payment collection, meter management, customer defaulting management, systems administration, customer care and reporting modules.

The Ministry of Water and Environment now invites eligible Consultancy fi rms to indicate their interest in providing the services.

Interested Consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualifi ed to perform the services (experience in similar assignments, availability of appropriate skills and relevant qualifications).
