Kisubi Corporate Club has moved close to retaining the Corporates Woodball overall title following their performances at the weekend.
The team made up of players like Rodgers Tayebwa, Godfrey Bukenya, David Mutebi and Raymond Ssemata jointly scored 195 strokes during the third Corporates Woodball Circuit on Sunday at St. Joseph technical, Kisubi to stay in contention for the men's title this season.
The Kisubi side finished 10 points ahead of Cipla Quality Chemical.
Meanwhile, the Buganda Land Board finished with 236 strokes in third place in the men's category.

However, the title quest in the women's category has just gotten better following a tie between Cipla Quality Chemical and Uganda National Examinations Board on Sunday.
Cipla's team of Winnie Nakamatte, Angel Turinawe, Prossy Bayiga and Hildah Ngala tied at 235 strokes with UNEB's Justine Balemesa, Flavia Nandugwa, Agnes Amongin and Nightrose Ikiring to stay in first and second positions respectively.
