Interested bidders can view a full list of revenue tenders and their respective reserve prices from the entity's Procurement and Disposal notice board: Note these sources will be tendered for a period of 06 Months.

1) Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Open Domestic Bidding Procedures contained in the PPDA ACT (2003), and is open to all bidders.

2) Interested eligible bidders must read carefully and follow instruction in the bidding documents for pre-qualification, framework contracts, revenue collection and Open bidding for Capital Projects. Note: each item must be applied separately.

3) The bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 for A, B, C, D and E, For F should be from the Entity's notice board. The method of payment will be by bank to Mpigi District General Fund Collection Account No.9030005921707 at STANBIC Bank Branches. The document will be availed to you upon presentation of a receipt from the cash office to the Procurement and Disposal Unit. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
