Youth called to be good leaders

Youth have been called upon to be exemplary. The call was made by Joan Wilson the president general of Wise men International.

She was adddressing youth who were undergoing good leaderhip skills at J Fright Hotel in Makerere  Kikoni a Kampala suburb. Participants were drawn from Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi and Uganda.

"It should be people to change the world not the world to change people so that everything goes on successfully by doing the right things in the right way," she said.

If someone is appointed to be an executive director of the certain Company there are key things that person needs to put in consideration, mainly to be exemplary to the people they are working with, she advised.

Joan advised the youth to always demonstrate their full potential.
