KCCA not to extend valuation process

Kampala Capital City Authority will not extend the revaluation process for city buildings.

The exercise in which over fifteen thousand properties have been registered ended today the 30th April in Kampala central division.

The Authority's publicist Peter Kauju says they expect all landlords to pay the property tax because they have had enough time to sort issues of valuation with the authority.
