Musisi to public: report corrupt officials

Apr 20, 2017

The KCCA boss says a number of officials are tarnishing the body's name.

KAMPALA - KCCA executive director Jennifer Musisi  has asked the public to report to her any person suspected to be soliciting money from them to offer them a service.

Musisi says a section of members of the public have lost confidence in KCCA just because of a few of her staff who engage in corruption with intent to perform some duties which is wrong because it is their duty to serve them.

She was speaking after receiving medical equipment valued at sh75m from NSSF to be used in the maternity ward at Kawala Health Centre.

NSSF's Managing Director Richard Byarugaba said that this is part of their social corporate responsibility to give back to their clients in different communities.
