Onduparaka, Vipers matches rescheduled

League organizers have rescheduled two matches; Vipers v Soana as well Onduparaka v Sadolin Paints.

In a statement issued by Uganda Premier League CEO, Bernard Bainamani, the two matches have been given new dates due to a scheduling conflict at respective stadiums.

"The UPL Secretariat has received a letter from Vipers Sports Club requesting that their match against Soana FC that was scheduled for Saturday 22nd April 2017 be brought back by a day to Friday 21st April 2017. This is due to the unavailability of the stadium facility which was earlier reserved for another function. Their request has been granted.

Accordingly, the Secretariat has rescheduled match #210 Vipers SC Vs Soana FC from Saturday to Friday 21st April 2017 at St Mary's Stadium -Kitende, 4:30pm," part of the communication read.

"Relatedly, match #200 Onduparaka FC Vs Sadolin Paints FC that was earlier scheduled for Friday 21st April 2017 has been pushed forward by a day to Saturday 22nd April 2017. The venue remains Green Light Stadium in Arua but kick off time changes to 4:00pm."

The league that is in its final bend will resume this Friday and Saturday with five games on card.​
