Police boss laid to rest in Arua
The body of the Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Moses Ocitia, has been laid to rest at his ancestral home in Arua District.
Ocitia was on Thursday last week killed in an accident when a morning downpour blocked his visibility and rammed his car into another, along Entebbe Road.
Ocitia was the officer in-charge of Bulenga Police Post in Kampala Metropolitan North. Bulenga is under Kawempe Police Station.
In a condolence message, the Police Spokesperson Asan Kasingye, said: “He should Rest in Peace.” His Predecessor, Fred Enanga said the incident, is very unfortunate.
The Kampala Metropolitan Police spokesperson, Emilian Kayima said the accident took place at Lubowa along Entebbe Road while he was driving his private car registration number UAD 171W.
