Vipers captain Nicholas Wadada has promised that side will return to winning ways.

"We were really disappointed. We certainly didn't play anywhere near what we were capable of," Wadada said in the aftermath of the 1-0 loss to Kirinya Jinja SS in their last game.

He added that they expect to perform better when they host Sadolin Paints on Tuesday.

Vipers are currently fourth on the table with 35 points with two games in hand. The Kitende side's solid record at home gives them confidence heading into the tie.

"We are so far proud of our home displays but we won't get complacent. We must keep working harder," Wadada said.

Tuesday's game will be Vipers' fourth outing at the new St Mary's Stadium where they have so far managed to win all games across competitions.
