MP Anywar airlifted to Kampala for treatment

Kitgum Municipality MP Beatrice Atim Anywar was on Friday airlifted to Case clinic in Kampala by a police chopper, for further treatment.

Anywar was on Tuesday afternoon involved in a road accident at Labayango, Paloga Sub County in Lamwo district.

The MP, who has been receiving treatment at Kitgum hospital, got the accident, on her way to Kampala, from the burial of Michael Ocan, the husband of Gulu woman MP Betty Aol Ocan.
