Ochan rallies fellow KCCA FC players

The defending league champions are preparing to take part in the CAF Champions League

KCCA FC goalkeeper Benjamin Ochan has called for extra effort from fellow players if they are to achieve their targets.

Ochan was reacting ahead of the club's tricky engagements in the Uganda Cup, CAF Champions League and they also have to defend the Uganda Premier League title they won last year.

"There is a lot at stake, we want to defend the league, we want to win the Uganda Cup and perform well in the Champions League, we are the team to beat and that gives us confidence" Ochan stated.

"As we get to this end of the league, things are not going to be easy, everyone will be coming to play against KCCA FC because there is a point to prove and we are a point on top of the table" he added.

Ochan is the only player who played all of KCCA's 15 games in the first round of the league.

The only match he did not feature in for KCCA when they thrashed Koboko Rising Stars 6-1 in the Uganda Cup.
