Mumbere granted bail, then re-arrested

Rwenzururu King Omusinga Charles Wesley Mumbere was re-arrested on Friday outside the Jinja High Court shortly after being released on bail.

The High Court judge Eva Luswata granted Mumbere bail of sh100m not cash.

He presented six sureties to the court as he applied for bail.

However,  he was re-arrested as he left the court premises.
