SC Villa looking to sign quality goalkeeper

Coach Shafiq Bisaso said the Jogo’s have opted to strengthen that department after veteran Yassin Mugabi was loaned to Police FC for a year.

SC Villa are looking to strengthen their goalkeeping department as they prepare for the second round of the Azam Super League.

Burundian first choice national goalkeeper Mac-Arthur who also featured as first goalkeeper for Vital'O for three years and Tony Nyonkon from Cameroon are currently on trial at Villa Park.

Coach Shafiq Bisaso said the Jogo's have opted to strengthen that department after veteran Yassin Mugabi was loaned to Police FC for a year.

"We want one of the two goalkeepers. I am still assessing their potential," said Bisaso.

SC Villa beat Kiseka United FC 4-0 in a friendly on Wednesday and each of the two goalkeepers took charge without conceding a goal.
