Police raid Nakasero Tabliq Mosque

Police is set to issue a statement in regards to a raid of Nakasero Mosque.

"It's true that the search was conducted by Police basing on some security information we have. We shall give you detailed evidence tomorrow," Police spokesperson, Andrew Felix Kaweesi said.

Kaweesi confirmed that some people were arrested from the Mosque and are under police custody.

According to Nakasero Mosque leaders, items that include computers and documents were taken.
