UCU Lady Cardinals bounced back after a 2-1 setback against Kawempe Muslim in the FUFA Women Elite League last week.

They defeated London Stallions 3-0 on Sunday in the Elizabeth Group at University premises in Mukono. The win put them on nine points, three below leaders Kawempe Muslim. 

UCU are joint second with Muteesa Royal University but they have a better goal difference.

Elsewhere, Western United lost 2-0 to Kampala Queens at Rugando,Mbarara.

In the Victoria Group, leaders Ajax Queens settled for a 1 all draw with Gafford Ladies away at Kanyanya while Wakiso Hills lost 2-1 to She Corporates in Wakiso.

At Lubaga, Uganda Martyrs drew 0-0 with She Mak St.
