Apolot to defend kickboxing title on December 2

Apolot has registered 12 professional fights with one loss, five wins and 6 KOs.

Reigning world intercontinental lightweight kickboxing champion Patricia 'Black Pearl' Apolot returns to the ring on December 2 at the Lugogo Indoor Arena where will defend her World Intercontinental kickboxing title.

The 25-year-old will take on 24-year-old Lakrech Yosra from Tunisia in the low kick style contest for the African lightweight title which was officially launched on Tuesday in Kampala.

"All I can say is coach Adam has prepared me so well. This belt I have with me is like my child, I can't let her go," said Apolot.

Apolot has registered 12 professional fights with one loss, five wins and 6 KOs.

Meanwhile, two other fighters Alex Matsiko and Shakey Mubiru will also have their titles on the line.

Light middleweight WKF champion Matsiko will take on Khalil Dermech from the United Arab Emirates as both fighters will be vying for the Africa Light Middleweight WKF crown in the K1 style with no elbows allowed.

Matsiko has 11 professional fights 8 wins, 3 losses.
